I think it wasn't so good that we had that shutdown. Lots of people lost their jobs which was scary for them. They finally got their jobs back lots of people are happy which is good. In my opinion I think they should start figuring something good for the country before January 15 before all this happens again because next time it will probably be worse!
ReplyDeleteThat the government opened up again at 12:00 AM. So everyone has there job back and this morning everyone in the government streamed back to there offices. the museum is reopening Tuesday morning and national park as well. They asked when the government would open up completely and they said by Thursday the snack bar would open. So slowly the government opening up again
ReplyDeleteThe government shutdown had no effect on me what so ever. The only thing that could have effected me was the national park shutdowns but it did not. There is really no difference to me when they shut down it all seems the same this had no effects on me or my family so i did not really care about it. But i guess that it is good that it is up and running now. Now that everything is back to normal it should be better for us.
ReplyDeleteWith the government re-opening, people are starting again with their jobs. National parks, research facilities and the Lincoln memorial have been re-opened to the public. Many Government workers are happy because now they can get their paychecks and pay of bills and stuff like that but. One thing that might get people mad is that, medicals health care won't be as available but who knows. I think it was a good idea that the government had been re-opened because that way people who had worked for them are now getting pay and for the the entire U.S
ReplyDeletethe government shutting down was not a very good idea for all. in my own opinion i think that Mr. Obama messed up bad by creating that new law, that every body has to have health care no matter what happens. many people will get hurt care they might not have the sufficient money to be paying for it every month. last but not least, the government shutting down affected a lot of people by not paying them to support there family.
ReplyDeleteThe government shutdown was really good that they finally got to bring back the government back up. It would be really bad if it stayed down longer, because a lot of people had lost their jobs, like Mr. Langana how he said that how was he going to get his bill if he didn't have a job, and he finally got his job back after frustrating days without work. In my opinion its great the government is back up. :)
ReplyDeleteI think that it wasn't a good idea to shutdown the government because a lot of people lost their jobs, yeah they got them back but after 16 days! The tourist couldn't visit any national park nor go to any monument but now that they reopened those things and people can go visit them now.
ReplyDeleteWas the government shutdown a good things or a bad one?? many republicans think that its was a bad things and the money (wall street) went down for about 1.0 something and people didn't work for the period of time. I think the its bad people first the government is showing our enemy ours weak spot and the other thing that we are showing other nation how bad our government is in all the law
